Doris Richardson-Edsell is a retired Registered Nurse, yoga teacher, mother and grandmother. Working as a counselor and group therapist for many years, her passion has been to help others stay healthy in mind, body and soul. Doris has authored a series of booklets entitled: Serenity Books: Chapters of Your Life. The booklets focus on health and wellness- including plant-based dieting, weight maintenance, inspirational prose on grief and developing a relationship with yourself and others. Doris continued her wellness journey by developing a website called Body Mind Health www.body-mindhealth.com where she has shared over 1,000 entries on the topic of wellness in mind, body and spirit.
